Team Curtis 4 a Cure Transportation Program
TeamCurtis4aCure was created after Chris Curtis, a Las Vegas native, was diagnosed with ALS in 2014. Chris partnered with ALS of Nevada to raise awareness and funding to improve the quality of lives of Nevadans living with ALS with the guiding principle of #DOWHATYOUCANDO revolving around the idea of living life to the fullest everyday.
The TeamCurtis4aCure Transportation Program provides patients the use of wheelchair accessible transportation for both medical and non-medical trips including:
- Restaurant Visits
- Museum Trips
- Art and Music Events
- Movies
- Sporting Events
- Family Events and much more

- Transportation needed in Nevada
- Minimum of 2 weeks prior notice for transportation needs
