May is recognized nationally as ALS Awareness Month, a time dedicated to increasing understanding, supporting those affected, and advancing the search for a cure.

Every year, Lou Gehrig Day is celebrated at Las Vegas Ballpark, honoring the legacy of Lou Gehrig and raising awareness for ALS within the Las Vegas community.
